Finding Intercooler Leaks!

Everytime i touch my intercooler it develops leaks, spent the last two days endlessly trying to stop them with no luck.

Ive swapped my autobahn hotside pipwork for hdi, there are only 2 silicone tubes now on the hotside that ive altered so it must be them but i cant get them to shut up, ive used t bolts and jubilee clips, tried every different combination i can think of, one has 6 clips on it and there is still a noise.

All the silicone is tight to the pipes, no signs of leaks, tried fairy liquid, it just bubbles as the car vibrates.

Dont know what to try next so does anyone have any tips?

Spray lacquer on the pipes and then put it together or use superglue between the pipe and silicon and then crack it up tight with mikalor clamps

Superglue sounds a grand idea, on that one. Just have to make sure i dont get the shit that melts stuff together.
