Blair
may be wrong place to post...raising the limit to 8K in a V...possible at all??pointless or notforged or not??cheers
StarletRick
on a stock turbo, its pointless. they run out of puff at about 6. it is however possible, but id recomment getting stiffer valve springs first. i had my old one at 9k on the dyno, and used to rev it out to 8500 almost every time i drove it. Guest Enzo
he has a tdo4, i would not recomend it to be honest, im pretty sure the glanza is 7400 or there abouts, after about 7500 the you start to get 'float' which requres the use of uprated valve springs as rick said,

Guest Enzo
it really would not be advised on standard internals on a tdo4 at a bar, rods have bent at 8kyou really need to lighten, balance and forge to do it properly when your talking about boost and high revs.
