ktl
Looking good Durmz. How easy to take gearbox off ? theres a guide over at tggt to follow like.
durmz
yeah will do, thanks dave.cheers ktl, umm in all honesty it was a bit of a pain, wouldve been easier If I had a flat clean surface to do it on, my old beaten up concrete drive was feckin uncomfortable. undoing it all was pretty easy, just a case of nuts and bolts, but getting the box itself off, ie pulling it away from the engine, then trying to lower it down, was a right pain because I left the green cups in the box, thought Ide get away with it as pulling them out is a pain. but caused myself more hassle. to help me get it back in ive removed the rear gearbox mount from the chassis and the right hand brace that goes from the rear mount to the lower arm, as it was catching on these like a mofo on the way out

durmz
thanks hoooneyys by the way i never took the inner cv's out in the end, tried to use a crowbar but with the box off the car I had like zero leverage, so we just carefully pumped it up and got it in first time, winner!
