****problem,help Needed****

are the cv's easy to get off the shaft? ive stil got the shaft that came with the car and another shaft that i got from gtphayer that broke when my mount broke.. and they didnt knock..you think it would be ok to swap the cv over? providing its the same count

yeah would be easy enough.

You can swap over cv's without removing the shaft from the box, but it would be awkward for sure I'd guess.

All you need to do to remove the outer cv is remove/move the boot, then batter away with a hammer, make sure you do it evenly though as there is a circlip that holds them in, I thought I had posted a guide on here about me doing mine. If not definately in my car thread is pics.

since i had a spare 4efte shaft i used the cv off that but i think i baterd it a bit to much coming off lol...

its stoped pulling to the left

it does stil clunk a tiny bit but nooowhere ner as bad so i think il invest in some new cv's.

how do i no if its not the inner cv?
