Nads Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Hello,My cuz crashed hes civic last week.. overtaking 3 cars on a bend and span out and crashed into a bus shelter.. he got done for careless driving and is being sent to court..can anyone tell me if he will get any claim on hes car ? he has fully comp!
