Ive just had my head rebuilt but im not sure how to time both cams up as the exhaust cam runs the intake cam im not sure how to time them up because i had to remove the cams to refit the head any ideas guys ?

no doubt someone with more experience will help ya in a min but if i remember correctly there should be a mark on each cam gear that should align with each other mate. have a wee look at all the teeth on the gears and ya should find them.

find a service manual - there's a dot on the back of the intake camshaft gear, and two on the exhaust, and these must line up perfectly, i.e:
