I got mine dyno'd a couple of months ago, completely stock (only an HKS airfilter) and it made 114.2 WHP, about 134.5 HP at the flywheel. I think according to Toyota it was 133 hp at the fly for the 96 and 97 models and 135 hp at the fly for the 98-99 models.

if you have 200bhp at the fly you will have about 170 at the wheels

I was always told about 15% of the power gets lost from the fly to the wheels on a FWD car, on RWD cars even more (20-25%?).

Pretty much bang on, 204.4 bhp atf got me 170.2 bhp atw.
