i not long had a new standerd clutch fitted when i get it mapped to 190bhp or what ever i no im going to need a better clutch im not looking to spend a massive sum of cash but whats a good one to look at?

A standard one should be able to handle that amount, you say it's not long been fitted so should be alright.

as ste said the standard one should be more than fine

you'll only need an uprated clutch if your chasing Big power in which case it would be good to put one on if you ever do an engine forge
