Fuel Pressure Regulator

Recommended Posts

I have a front mount intercooler & also relocated my air filter behind the grille

Since fitting the fmic the car is drinking way to much fuel

Funds are a bit short to get the car remapped

I have a new fuel pressure regulator with the dial on the front

Would i be able to fit this in place of the factory one & turn the pressure down a bit

Any ides if this can be dont & what pressure should i set it to ?

Still running a ct9 turbo

Forgot to mention that the car is an auto.

I know that autos do use more fuel then the manuals.

Filled the tank to the rim the over week & headed down to devon

Driving under 60 mph with overdrive on , no boost at all

After 40 miles I noticed that it had done a quarter tank of fuel already !
