Door Handle

This morning when i pulled the drivers side handle up to open my door it made a click noise and now the handles gone all floppy, i looked at the other side and theres a spring underneath that looks like at each end it goes under some little clips, the drivers side one is now loose and slides along the metal bar it on, the handle still works ok but its just not sturdy anymore.

Anyone know how to fix it, will i have to remove the door card and take the handle off?

yh its not really anything major but its one of them little things that bug you lol

Happened to me too it's the bit of plastic the sprin conects to snapping only option is a new door Handle and they are £95 from toyota :/

Lol, don't all P9 Starlets have this problem by now?

Kinda annoying and looks/feels/sounds quite cheap, but new doorhandle is quite expensive and if I remember correctly it's quite a pain in the ass to install?
