Admiral are currently kicking out some really really good insurance prices, HOWEVER, I can pretty much guarantee the mods aren't declared at that price as that's the quote I get at 19, 2 years driving, on a standard car

Your address will pay a large factor towards insurance too though so it may be legit. I had a fully loaded 211bhp GT followed by a fully loaded 219hp Glanza at the age of 18.
