nordonian
Can anyone help me find somewhere that sells these valve caps. Im lookin the set that has the screw on the side, otherwise they will be stolen in a matter of days.
paul w
some on ebay bud.not sure if they are lockers though. Try coating the outside in superglue and roll lightly in some crushed glass or metal swarf! That'll stop the kids havin them!!
lobotomy
I saw a set that came with a keyring in corfu when I was on holiday -- no joke! They were like â?¬12 or something! And the sets with the grub screws didn't deter the kids around my way -- they still managed to get them off and wrecked the thread on my bros valve at the same time. Worth a try with the grub screw, if they get pinched then u know the wee shis have the means and its only £20....or keep them for shows etc, i.e. dont leave them on in the odyssey car park! Let me know if u find them bud!Phil.
Mikey Jay
As Olive said, you can get TRD ones on www.funkystyling.co.uk for £18, although they don't have the screws you guys are talking about on them.
Nanglebadger
Thats useless, just askin to be stolen!!!!There's bound to be some somewhere to buy!Phil.
lobotomy
You could drill them and thread them yourself and put little grub screws in but to be honest all they do is wreck the thread on your valves if someone does try to nick them!
Guest Stevie_B
i have toyota ones but i aint puttin them on, they'l just get nicked.
lobotomy
i have toyota ones but i aint puttin them on, they'l just get nicked.Heh, are you just gonna keep them in the glovebox for prosterity mate? Grub screws don't make them any less steal'able is my point -- The only way we got around having them stolen down our way was to have none on at all or have flush-fit valves! Why do little bastard collect valve caps anyway?? We used to collect Pogz and stuff!
Mart
Mine got nicked the other day and I use a spanner to tighten mine on. Little feckers...
