my glanza is still in KPH and its due its MOT soon, will it fail?? What parts do i need to do the conversion??

No, you don't need another gear box, its a little converter witch can be found on ebay for £45

Yes it will pass with it im KPH, had mine MOT'd just over a week ago with KPH in and passed fine.

Lol why would you think it would fail an MOT? If so then all imports would fail when they entered the country.

If it bothers you that much you can buy a speedo convertor as said, just fits on, straight fit

yea i realise it sounds stupids lol but when i went to get it resprayed they noticed it and warned me off bout it

Lets sum things up.

You don't need a new Gearbox

It will pass the MOT if the speedo is still in KMH

You can get a converter for it. Allow bucketep to PM you

Or there is a cheap alternative, and that is the stupid thing where you get a new fascia thing.

haha this made me chuckle. gearboxes dont show you the speed thats what the speedos for so it really doesnt matter what gearbox is on the car its what country its from and how the speed is calculated (mph/kph) just get a new mph facia will do the job well and are cheap as hell
