The little video on here will give you a good idea on what an adjustable panhard rod is for: http://www.rs-r.co.jp/products/lateral/

Basically when you lower the car the standard panhard rod which is non adjustable will push the axel off-centre, with an adjustable panhard rod you can alter the length of it so the rear wheels are in line with the front ones and not off set to the side.

It's not a vital modification if you are only slightly lowering your car but it's advisable to have one.

The rest of it you have got right, rear anti roll bar, anti lift kit, and either some uprated shock absorbers with lowering springs or if you can afford them or require more adjustability then go for coilovers.

Don't forget good tyres aswell.

Nah it's not THAT bad, but it depends how low you want to go.

On my Starlet which I had lowered about 40mm I had no problems at all. Alot of people are completely unaware of the panhard rod, but if you want your suspension geometry to be spot on then you ideally need one.

I may be wrong but as far as I know the RSR ones are "better" in the sense that you can adjust them from both ends of the rod, which means you can adjust it while it's on the car.

The Whiteline one will be fine though, infact any adjustable panhard rod will be fine, if you look on TGTT I think there's a guide on there where someone made their own, they all do the same job at the end of the day.

hi mate i stock meisterrs you can purchase them on my online shop in ep tune on the side bar,

an adjustable panhard rod really is not needed unless you are running wider wheels say 7 inches or wider.

as you might find them fouling the drivers side rear arch due to the rod shifting,

thats the only reason id buy one
