the only uprated cam's that will go in, are out of the 5EFHE engine. very rare in the UK, more of them in US.

this engine is the tuned version of the 5EFE found in paseo's.

are you looking to tune your n/a or gong down the turbo route?? with cams you will need a uprated ecu as well

The 5efhe is from the Cynos, so common in Japan too. Very rare here due to all UK spec Paseo's being 5efe 1.5 with a 5 speed gearbox. Japan had the 4efe 1.3, 5efe 1.5 and 5efhe 1.5, all with either manual or 4speed auto boxes.

Contact Riko, he may be able to source a set from Japan through his contact.

i agree, the 5E-FHE cams are designed to work with the higher revving 5E-FHE variant. they don't start to come one until way past the 5E-FE's rev limiter. if you fit those cams you'll need to get some sort of ECU, piggyback or otherwise.

cheers everyone. So if I can get a set of those cams, can i just run it on the Cynos 1.5 5EFHE ecu? or will it not fit onto the english wiring loom?

you'll need the Ecu and the injectors, as long as you get the ecu from the engine WITHOUT ACIS otherwise it won't work properly.
