Bought a new fuel filter and the pipes are correct but the locator for fuel line on top is wrong size and angle and the bracket where it bolts to bulkhead is too wide, i have ordered a blueprint one now wondered which people have been buying and if they have just fitted those filters?

i just bought a standard toyota one from TM-Developments and it fitted no probs straight away

what fuel filter did you buy for it to be wrong and where did you get it from?

local motor factors 1st one, and the bracket was wrong and was welded to filter so couldnt swap it, got a blueprint filter and wouldnt seal turns out the inlet hole is 2mm bigger than standard, so its toyota all the way for me now! be good at swapping these soon lol

I'd go for genuine, also you don't know the quality of the filter element atlest you know where you stand with the genuine ones = the best!
