Boost Gauge Wiring

Okay so I've just got myself a mechanical boost gauge, I think I know where to put the vacuum line, but I've got no idea where to plumb in the power wires!

Any ideas guys? I want the gauge to light up on ignition..

Black earth

Red ignition (usually wire it with the headunit)

white (i think? this is for the light) so wire it up the the indicator stalk somewhere?

T the vac from the inlet make sure it doesn`t get crushed

I think Black and Red are sorted then, how do I get to the indicator stalk wires? Is there anywhere else I can wire it to? :S

i guess any lights which come one when you put the sidelights one so thats the center console buttons etc

amjad.. its a smoked gauge u want it lit up all the time...

the extra wire is for 12v all the time so it remembers what color u chose!

Yeah sorry I didn't make it clear I want it illuminated constantly

Socks so do I just wire Black to earth, then put Red and White together to another 12v feed yeah?

wire everything into the radio loom, its easy.

Boost Gauge Colours:

Black - Ground/Earth

Red - Battery

White - Illumination

Orange - Ignition

Radio Loom Colours:

Red - Ignition

Yellow- Constant 12V

Black - Ground/Earth

Orange - Illumination

Easy as that!!

the colours i posted above are ALL correct.

i just done it on mine the other day!

another member gave me all the loom colours and they were spot on!!
