Water in passenger foot wel

when it rains i get a little puddle of water on the floor on the passenger side. its not alot but i want it fixed does anyone have any ideas ?

pull the carpit out look for any rust/ hole and give it a good poke, you might have a rotted foot well

i have no carpet in there mate its all stripped and no rot or anything

mine is at the top were it goes up to dash board.

i think its the windscreen or door seal

my third starlet and it always happens in the drivers side. It comes in from where because neither of them had any rust.

check your rad level could be your heater matrix

its rain water mate i have no engine or anything in the car atm

check the window seals and sunroof seals (if you have one)

since think the seals on my boot are either knackered or not on correct since first night it rained my boot filled up with water

On my old car, the top of the windscreen was letting water in, it was running down the pillar and out at the bottom in the foot well.

Used a bit of black silicone squashed in between the seal and screen, that did the trick

it looks like its coming from behind the dash but its not wet up behind the dash and all round the windscreen is dry

try the seal where the looms connect together cuse that cud be fuked its behind the dash where the interior loom meet and the engine loom meet hope this helps n i want your exhaust but no body knows if it will fit

does the car have a sunroof? any water on the inside of the windscreen etc?

FOUND IT !!!!!

it was a gromit under the scuttle panel, it fell through and was in the heater motor up under the dash was a bastard to get out but now no more leaks thanks for the help
