Interior Heating Problems

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone

I have tried searching for this but couldnt find a solution to this...

Basically the heating wont blow out warm air, just cold. It has been like this since i bought it the other week and going to work at 6 in the morning in this weather isnt very pleasant B)

I have removed heater controls to look for any obvious signs and also checked the heater control linkages hadnt came loose, I have not found any water patches in the passegnger side :S

I was just wondering if any of you have had the same problem and managed to solve it as I really need my heaters.

Thanks for the replies. I have just done a search onthermostats and it says if on of the pipes that goes into the cabin is hot and the other cold it is the thermostat stuck in position. That is the case on my car. The temperature gauge is about average. Not too hot or too cold and warms up ok.
