StarletMad Posted November 25, 2010 Share Posted November 25, 2010 Fitted TD04 Kit YesterdayCompletely running fine at 0.9bar and then booted it a little in 3rd gear on my way home and let off the went to accelerate again and no boost.... Stopped the car got out and the rod from the actuator had come off the wastegate pin so i put it back but still no boost!!Everything seems to loook ok on the pipe side of things :/ ??!!CONFUSED and UPSET! StarletMad Posted November 26, 2010 Author Share Posted November 26, 2010 Rinseep you got it in one... where actuator rod had come loose it had spun/Wound itself out therefor when i put it back on the wastegate WAS partially open!PHEEEEWWW thought it was going to be expensive!!Thankyou to you other guys for your input much appreciated!
