appears to be your crank seals on both sides man. as long as its not pishin out i think its ok to drive if u keep an eye on oil level. best to get fixed tho . the big seal is like 40 from toyota and the small one not much but there might be cheaper options available.

bit of work involved aswell. gearbox side requirs the gearbox clutch and flywheel to come off. other side the seal is on the oil pump so alot of stuff on the other side will need removed.
