looking at fitting a td04

looking a fitting a td04 apart from the de cat and manifold what else would a nd 2 change all ive done so far is fit a fmic de cat and manifold apart fae that ive no done anything else 2 the engine a no ill need 2 change the manfold and de cat again for the td04 1s but do a nd anything else thanks

Make sure you got TD04 actuator bracket as you have to turn the snail

Also oil + water lines

id get a external wastegate tbh other than that its easy oil /water lines is just hooking pipes up i just did mine not hard at all

maybe a diffrent radiator (depends on what manifold u go for), air filter relocation kit if u dont want to mesh the turbo and some sort of engine management too

TDO4 turbo/wastegate welded shut

manifold with external wastegate

decat

screamer pipe

external wastegate

meshed turbo

all suited with the stock radiator

walbra fuel pump

emb or emu aftermarket ECU

oil and water lines

FMIC either custom or a td04 suited piping

exactly what I am running in the end of january.....

Bearing in mind you dont NEED to run an externally gated kit, but people tend to for better boost control when running higher boost.

Hi there mate!

you could do with a few things that are not said on these post

My personal spec is:

Race Tech TD04 kit, comes with everything apart from gaskets and bolts but they are easy sourced from Tm Developments

FMIC ( Jperformance ones are ideal!! easy to modify to your TD04 )

Gizzmo boost controller

Walbro fuel pump

380 cc injectors

RRFPR

Tm Developments rocker cover and oil catch tank ( Advised for running a bar of boost or over)

Cat back exhaust

HKS VPRO ECU ( said to be the best ecu for a starlet but an emanage blue or ultimate would be fine )

TRD leads ( magnicor will also be fine)

New dizzy cap and rotor arm

The items which are not completely necessary are:

Rocker cover and catch tank

Injectors

RRFPR

Leads

Rotor arm and Dizzy cap

But these items will aid the rest of your setup!
