The best tip i can give you is to stay up as late as you can the day before so you sleep through most of the following day and get up before your shift.My shift pattern is 3days on and then 2 days off continuosly for 6 weeks then a few weeks off. Sparky Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 Well I forgot how much better night shifts are Went pretty quick although at 9pm I was almost sleeping and was thinking oh no but then it was break time and managed to drink a litre of Kick up until 2 am and was just chilled right out all shift with the Ipod bumping Woke up fresh as a daisy at half 1 this afternoon, did sleep with my ear plugs in though Quote Link to post Share on other sites
shorty Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 i used to do nights when i first started as a sparky few years back. didnt bother me to much tbh, driving home at 6am is awesome no one around = lots of boost lol i just used to sleep alldayget up few redbulls through out the night and then by the time i was home i was ready for bed exellent way to save money to as nowhere is fucking open when your up lol was bloody awesome tbh, id go back to it in a flash Quote Link to post Share on other sites
