jham Posted January 29, 2011 Share Posted January 29, 2011 Hi all,just a quick question, my GT has bonnet lifters that raise the rear (towards windscreen) of bonet.These are pretyy marmite and i realy dont like them, i want to remove them but am unsure if the bolt used is longer from bracket to bonnet, does any one know if this is the case? and if it is where can i buy standard bonnet bolts from?Heres a pic to give you clearer idea of what im talking aboutcheers Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Stulet-GTT Posted January 29, 2011 Share Posted January 29, 2011 Just take one of the bolt's out an see how long it is....You should beable to buy bolts to fit from a local hardwear shop, or just cut them down...But im with you on the bonnet, i dont really like the look of it raised...
