Sparky
Hey guys probably gonna do this tomorrow so just wondering what sort of prep work is involved?Do they need sanding/keying at all and would any old plastic primer be OK?Cheers
LukeSR
I'm guessing a simple rub down and then plastic primer is the way to go..
Idrees
As above, a good rub down and plenty of thinner/degreaser to clean it up properly. Then plastic primer and you're good to go with the paint and lacquer.
cazzac2222
Yeah id give it a good sanding down with 600 grit paper and once done and good degreasing like iddy has said above as its in your bay so there may be some trace of oil or wd40 or w.e, this will react with the primer and youll be back to square one again lolThe joys of DIY painting hehe
