Hybrid HELP!!

Just fitted De-cat, manifold and Hybrid turbo,

all went ok, once all fitted disconnected ignition and turned egine over few times to ensure turbo primed.

now heres the proble, when i start the car it sits and idles fine, after about 30 second smoke startes coming from

manifoldturbo area..... im to scared to leave it running so turn it straight off,

could this be spilt oil wd40 burning or something or is there something wrong??/

please help

Hi,

It's perfectly normal to smoke a little from that area, if you used wd-40 or even dirty hand Mark will leave oily/greasy stuff on the manifold etc,

just check to make sure there arent any leaks. if not then just let it smoke, will burn everything off eventually

took it round the block, no more smoke panic over ha.... boostin at 8 psi though ha, need to adjust actuator!

dude r u getting full boos straight away?

yea im on full boost just under 3k if that helps?

in running about 12 psi just got myself a EBC now though, gonna get that whacked on then turn it tup now cant be assed to fiddle with the actuator anymore everytime i take the clip of the thing i loose it!

Yer i need to sort an EBC our for mine, im running about 0.8 bar..

An the actuator clip i lost age's ago it jus sorta holds its self there now..
