i am runing a GT spec CT-9 hybrid the set up is

CT9: Ram style mild steel manifold

GT spec CT-9 hybrid J Performance

J-performance FMIC

EP91 Stainless steel cat back Exhaust

De Cat

Monster Motorsport Air Filter Re Location Kit

HKS Adjustable

HKS Super SQV BOV Dump Valve

Walbro/FSE Uprated Fuel Pump 255lt/h

and i have got Emanage Blue ECU but not on the car yet

Emanage will make a world of difference.

What do you call laggy then? What boost are you running and when are you getting full boost?

Yes a decent boost controller would make a huge difference also and what is your actuator set to? that plays a big part in how the turbo comes in

full boost at 4500rpm on a ct9 hybrid? somethings not right. i was getting full boost before 3k with my gt spec hybrid with no ebc. id check your gain settings on your ebc

I currently have the same problem, full boost on around 4500rpm, getting the timing checked and adjusted on Monday as I think it's slightly out causing the late boost
