Buying from Japan Yahoo Auctions

So, ive been looking for some stuff for my car, that is as rare as rocking horse poo.

One of these is bride seat rails at a non rip off price. So ive come accross some on Yahoo Auctions Japan. Has anybody bought something from here before? What is the procedure? Any good companies that will sit in the middle?

Any advice or stories appriciated.

A guy on here called Davidb got my ECU off there for me as he has a contact in Japan he got it dirt cheap to!
