Best way is to go pro, but if your little handy then do it youself.

You'll just need a clamp to hold the springs coils together so its doesnt bounce out! My mates used a rope to really tighten the coils together, but poeple say that was daft and he should have bought the clamp!

Its not hard but its not expensive do get done either

Looking at about £70 for a garage to do it

well then may get a quote...

do you need to compress both of them? as in front and back...i was told the back ther is no need to compress.

If you like your teeth to stay in your head get a pro who knows what they are doing. Some things you can bodge yourself, but thats one job i'd leave to an expert. :)

my sentiments too, atleast get it done by a pro once to see how he does it.......

piece of piss matey. as long as you have some common sense.

use 2 spring compressors for the spring removal. and make sure there clamed properly, otherwise the spring will pop off and so will your face :)

other than that, easssy. half hour each corner at the most.

nah do it yourself.....

i did mine was a peice of piss even without the clamps......

i think from what i can remember i fired the top mounts off against the wall lmao

the lowering springs are obviously under less tension anyways so are easily compressed my hand to get the top mount back on
