Jamie1st
Hey, yeah another question from me :/ Is there only two types of oil pumps? - One with the seal part of the pump, and one with the seal on the block? The reason I'm asking this is because I also read somewhere that some have ridge/cut out/lip around the pump part its self, where as others don't?Here's some pictures, it's taken from a 1996 Glanza V, however, it could have an earlier/different type engine in for all I know, after all, its 15 years old!If anyone could help, that would be great, just want to order the right one for my forged build!JamieCheeers! Sparky
If thats a groove on the back then thats the pump with the seal on I made the mistake of buying the wrong one lol
Russleh
try not to confuse ya like i confused sparky lol. goin by those pictures your seal will be on the block. there are only 2 types. either have a groove in the pump for the o ring o a grove for the oring in the block. remember youll need to buy the oring seperate. YOU NEED AN OIL PUMP WHERE THE SEAL IS IN THE BLOCK lol. ( incase i confused ya ) Russell
