Goober
As the title says really.I have a 96 Glanza with a custom stainless steel exhaust, its been on the car since i bought it around a year ago however for the last 3 weeks it seems to be knocking on somthing when ever i drive. I have checked that it is mounted properly and have had all mounts checked over by my local garage, all seems to be ok however it still keeps knocking. After failing on its recent MOT one thing that i thought may have an effect is the near side rear shock which needs to be replaced (been fitted next weekend). Could this be the route cause?Any advise welcome.

ForgedV
They re alighn rear axle when lowered on coilovers it's basically like adjustable bar that prevents the crabing effect that lowering can cause, mine used to rub on it where the exhaust rubbers had stretched and slackened off a bit making it knock over bumps or make a squeaking noise. bucketep91
Find out where it's knocking from first. Mines used to hit the gearbox, I had the downpipe extended a little bit and it solved it, my mates used to knock off the rear bumper bar and it just needed a small adjustment and a new mount
