TD04 Boys at M.O.T time??

Just wanted to hear what you boys/girls do come M.O.T time?

My next M..O.T i wont have my car mapped so need to get her through for a start, so i was going to use my CT9 setup. But after that, do you boys/girls manage to get through the next M.O.T without changing the TD04 out to fit a cat in?

Mine is a 95 model, i know an idle test only applies to pre 93..

I had my car mapped a few months back on a non mapped TD04 setup and passed fine man.

mine's a 1995 and had no problems with a td04 the mot tester just done a idle test on mine.

Arite okay, thats interesting. I might just try my M.O.T with a TD04 on and see what happens. Wouldnt want to be left not being able to test it though!

I'd like to think i would be testing mine by then but my build takes a different direction on a regular occassion .

If its mapped right mate it should pass no problem, mine passed when i had her.

Thats alright then.. FIrst MOT wont have a map down though so was a wee bit wary

Run the standard ecu etc for the MOT..... Easy.

If you have a adjustable FPR you could turn it down while he does the gas test lol
