Removing Charcoal Filter

Recommended Posts

nah, the activated charcoal is usually way past its best......rip it out and be done with it can also take the two "shiny" plastic pipes off and block the throttle body and blue valve on the engine

dont block it up

the pipe coming out of it releases fuel vapour. just vesnt it straight to atmosphere i ran a small tube of vaccum hosing under the car and let it out that way. im guessing blocking it wont do it much good as the whole point of the charcoal filter when new was to release fuel vapour into the filter then the filter wil reduce the level of emissions coming out or something along them lines lol
