Mart Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 Dont forget if your putting in a sub to have it in its own seperate enclosed chamber and that the box is designed for the subs specs to allow for volume + proper depth otherwise it will sound shit, 95% of car audio design and quality is in the enclosure design and build, which is quite an exact science to get it perfect... muddyell Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 Yea the starlet does shake a little with an MTX sub lmaoThe only problem with putting a sub on the parcel shelf is the quality of sound you may recieveSome subs are meant to be in sealed boxes and others vented, therefore if you buy one that should be sealed it eill sound crap on parcel shelf You may also find that the parcel shelf may vibrate a fair bit aswell Quote Link to post Share on other sites
