Whip off the caliper, two 12mm bolts I think..then wedge the old pads out with a flathead..copper grease the new ones, slide them in and reverse the previous instructions

place an old pad on the caliper and use a g-clamp or get some big heft pliers to push the piston back, take the cap off the master cylinder first

free off the sliders too incase there sized

screw the bolts in by hand first, many a time ive seen people mess the threads up by just going sick with the ratchet
