ForresGlanza Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 I ordered a clutch on Friday 2nd Sept and got an order confirmation but since then I haven't heard anythinG. No dispatch email and no payment taken. I've emailed them 3 or 4 times but got no reply and tried to call the number on their site but it says it's not recognised. Is this a normal thing with them? Are they just unbelievably bad at customer service? Quote
