G4V1N
Had my engine replace few weeks back and top up with oil and coolant etc...Try and start the car yesterday and all I get was a click noise from the starter motor and goes dead nothing else I know there is power going in to the car because all the electronic works so the battery its fine. Checked most of the wiring and every thing seem fine. Getting bit confuse and concern now. If anyone can give me some input of what it might be the problem it will be most grateful. N80Jamie
Could just be a shit battery (I would know ). Get some leads onto your battery and onto someone elses and see if it starts up then
joel_ep91
starter could be scrap or jammed
G4V1N
I thought the same at first, so I borrow a battery from weemanâ??s 82 as he drove to mine, plug his one in but still the same. Do you guys think it could be the starter motor?
MARC MOSS
Sounds like the starter solenoid clicking and as Joel saidthe starter itself us probably jammed, have u tried bumping it
G4V1N
Not try to bump it, but did push the car when it was in gear to see if thing would improve. but again that didn't work.
