*Zoe*
If its not smoking i wouldnt think theres much to worry about, maybe seals instead?
Taggy
you will always get a bit of oil in your intercooler, even if your turbo is fine. Its only if your car starts blowing out blue smoke on boost you need to worry.
RossAG
Hi guys, i have a 1998 glanza V, my car smokes occasionally, after driving for a while the engine temreture drops and white smoke will pour out of the back? is this serious, also i have tein drive master flex suspension on it and one of the shock absorbers have gone? anyone know where i can get a replacement front left shock absorber, cheers
akyakapotter
White smoke points towards head gasket. dose it boil over or smell of fuel in the cooling system. ? Best bet is to get new coilovers will be cheaper in the long run. :-)
steve-gers
Same thing happened to me abot 10 times so had enough and replaced the clamp which snapped on the way off with a new one and been perfect since.
RossAG
cheers guys, countless people have told me it would be a turbo seal?
Flaminsam
rule of thumb ross, white smoke = water/moisture black smoke = over fuelling blue smoke = oil.
