abbott Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 Im removing my dash which has been painted which i cant stand and the only replacement I could get was a 96 dash with out airbag. The standard steering wheel has been removed anyway. What i want to know is will I occur any problems if i remove all the air bag system ie ecu part, wiring etc?or if there are any do's or don't Quote Link to post Share on other sites
micky boy Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 Well if you rip the loom out so to speak then it might cause problems im not sure? ( Im not that clud up with wires) but what i am sure about is my old starlet CD N/A had the loom for a passanger air bag but of cause the N/A dosnt have a pside air bag so its possible lol also think it had some sort of blank plug in it to stop the airbag light comeing on?
