paul mc Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 well down to own preferance on what brand of oil eg. castrol/moble 1 as far as i know most people use 10/40 full synthetic or semi, as for spark plugs i had blitz ones when i got it since been using bosch 4s as blitz are to expencive ngk or denso would be fine .
