Please give advice - hard to engage gears

Hi all! My SRs gears can be tricky to engage, especially 2nd when comming down the gears. What needs doing/replacing to get it shifting sweetly again?

Use the clutch as you go thru the gears it'll help a lot!

A new clutch or gearbox is probably needed though.

I thought it might be a worn out transmission mechanim - at least this is what i was hoping!
