Can't seem to find any camber shims to fit, is there anywhere that does them for starlets??
Rob Scott
you will have to get them made up, any machine shop will be able to make you a pair. just take them in a hub and explain what you need.camber on the rear will give you more understeer, on a front wheel drive car i usually have a couple of degrees up front and none on the back, but i do drive on tight country roads, and use the handbrake a fair bit. RossTRD
Any pics that show your camber?
Rob Scott
all my cars at the moment, apart from the paseo are rwd. and the paseo is in bits. do you want it for looks, or handling? if its about getting the wheels under the arches, put as much camber on as you like. all depends on what kinda roads, or tracks your driving on, Edited April 7, 2012 by Rob Scott
RossTRD
I do want some stance for looks but want the wheels tucking under a little as well at the back
Idrees
The coilovers will take care of the front can er, you won't need to use the camber bolt kit with the coilovers.
RossTRD
Is the rear even possible to camber can't find anything on it?
RossTRD
Tein super street coilovers are now on just need to adjust the camber on the front
Rob Scott
yeah its possible. its 4 bolts on each hub. some people put washers on the bottom two bolts, but the proper way is to get shims made up. just because its not on the net, doesnt mean its not possible
