how do i turn the boost down on a ct9?

how do i turn the boost down on a ct9? (standerd seems to be overboosting sitting at 12psi)

You need to adjust it on you actuator coming off the turbo, its a threaded bar going into a housing with a spring in it.

just adjust the 8mm nut?

you need to slacken that 8mm nut off then pull the arm off the waste gate lever then twist the arm of the actuator anticlockwise 2threads mate then put the arm back on the lever and put the c clip back on and nip up the 8mm bud that should do it

Shorten the actuator bar to increase boost.

Lengthen the actuator bar to reduce boost.

realised today i have two washers between the actuator and the turbo where it bolts on are they ment to be there?

first things first, what actuator do you have? standard or HKS? standard cant be adjusted it has to be upgraded

just standerd one mate, have a hks to fit just not to sure about how to set boost up with it lol?

Take the standard one off, lie it on the floor and with the hks one wind the arm so as that it is the same length as your standard one or maybe slightly longer then it should prevent your over boosting problem job done

I know its 15days late but you dont want to be guessing it really you want to find out the correct lengths and measuring it, otherwise you could do some damage.
