Although they'll insure mods, they will only replace them with Standard parts in an accident, which is odd.......

How hard is it to remove the slats?

I used a small hacksaw and cut them out!

and then filling the holes? did you use fibre glass or just resin filler?

Ready mixed fibreglass, its the easiest and strongest method as far as i know!

Hard to work with? I don't imagine it being that hard to use, and can i get it easily?

If your careful enough with the hack saw you may not need to do that although the horizontal slats are the biatch

All I did was hacksaw teh fucker and didnt even bother meshing it

is that not a problem for potential debris getting into the engine as there is just a huge fuck off hole in the front?

I thought you might not need to fill in the vericle slats holes but the horizontal ones do they not leave a big hole?

did you even repaint the bumper? i might do a full respray when i've cut it because there are a few scuffs on it!

nah just cut it and left it done a pretty good job

wow if i can do that i'd be happy! how did you not mark the bumper? I suppose i could try and do it your way and then if it goes tits up i can always drive on down to get some Fibre glass!

The slats on one of my cousins N/A have been cut out and not smoothed, and it looks gash close up. His cars the same colour as yours Meech, i'd rather do the full and proper job

What do people think about if i kept my 13's on the front and had some similar 15's on the rear?

I think it would look good!

Also do people think it would be possible to make some sort of Quade light layout, simalar to that of the GT for and EP91? I am thinking about giving it a go, see what it would look like!

I think I would prefer projector style lights for my car, modern it up a bit. If only I had the know-how
