Where can I buy a decent CT9?

I have looked and I can only find the cheap speedvision and ebay ones :S

Can anyone shed some light on this I just want a decent brand new turbo, preferably hybrid, to replace my factory fitted one as its going to be shot anytime now by the looks of the cracks in the wastegate.
