I was wondering if anyone has any advice or know what the problem with my car could be, every time I reverse or slow down after booting it, a strange knocking sound comes from the back right of my car, I was thinking the suspension is knackered but not too sure, anyone got any ideas???

Cheers callum :)

Could either be a wheel bearing or I would say the coil spring may have snapped get it jacked up and have a look at the top of the coil spring

Ah okay mate, no none mate the sound only happens when I'm reversing or the car like jars when slowing down if you get me

I've had a smiler knocking noise for a while, found it saturday night/morning.

Turns out it was my Whiteline Adjustable Panhard rod. The nut had worked slightly loose. Tightened it up and lock tightened it. The noise disappeared.

Worth a try, thats if you have even got an adj panhard rod lol
