DaveyDemolition
The mph one happened too me, I just kept the dials in but left the plastic cover off while I sorted it out, basically put the needle as close to 0 as possible, but put it on so it was over 0 not under so aim for it too be over because it's obviously better too read over then under, then just kept taking them off too adjust them when I passed the things on the side of the road that tell you how fast you're going
metalmickey0
Use a sat nav for your speed. They are accurate too. Your own dash speedo is always about 3mph faster than your actuallty doing. As ive tested that theory on the motorway. Do 70mph and sat nav says about 67mph.
pick1
I knocked mine when fitting new dials I just drove run with sat nav n kept adjusting it accordingly till I got it rite now I'm about 3 mph under what the speedo says so at least I know I'm safe when it come to speed cameras lol

james@cjperformance
^^^ they both pull off, some of the glaza dials(dependant on age) have a tiny amount of glue on the back o the needle but should come off in one piece. if anyone is fitting indiglo dials they just slip over the needles to save taking them off
Stroudy
Cheers james ill give it a go now. I slipped mine over the needles when fitting them but for some reason the speedo needle dropped about 1cm. Thanks guys
