Missing Fuses

I noticed I have 3 missing fuses in the fuse box under the steering wheel on my V.

The missing fuses are ECU-B 5AMP - IGN 5AMP - DEF-I/UP 5AMP.....Should they be in there or is it ok to run the car without them.
