Code 22 diagnostics cts??

Hi guys, occasionally my car will splutter at low speeds and the engine management light will come on briefly.

So i bridged TE1 and E1 and the light flashed twice and then twice again meaning code 22....

Looked this up and it says it is cts? can any body shed some light on this for me?

Any help would be much appreciated :D

Was it under steady acceleration mate as mine did this ones when I was in 2nd n threw management light up for a short period ?
