Louis Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 (edited) Okay so i fitted a brand new HKS actuator about 3 weeks ago, the surclip that holds the actuator broke off and had no actuator, drove it to work put on the starlet gt turbo actuator end as i cant find any clips.Now no matter how much i adjust the actuator it doesnt do anything it boosts wildly even from 3000rpm it boosts up as if the actuator is always shut and there is nothing to control it, ive checked the vacuum hoses they are all connected, removed the decat and the wastegate port has a crack in the turbo would this cause my mass amount of boost?if it wasnt for a boost guage and halg throllting it my engine would be deadEDIT: i swapped the hks one for the stock one and didn't make a difference to the boost so thats why im thinking turbo Edited June 2, 2012 by Louis Quote Link to post Share on other sites
